Kumon is the world’s largest and most successful after-school math and reading program that unlocks the potential of children so they can achieve more on their own. Our center is growing and is currently seeking an individual (college student, teachers, retirees) to work as Early Learning Education Assistants and Graders with opportunities for additional growth. Strong preference for a candidate pursuing a career in education, but not required.

Candidates should possess the following qualities:

• Warm and outgoing personality
• Ability to work with young children (3 to 10 years old)
• Able to multi-task and show great team work
• Reliable, patient, proactive, hard-working, responsible, respectful, efficient, and punctual
• Quick learner and ability to adapt to fast and changing environment
• Professional at all times

Responsibilities

• Greet parents and students

• Answer phones and take detailed messages

• Work with young children

• Grade students' work

• Other administrative tasks, as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old minimum with all appropriate working papers
• Must be punctual, well organized and reliable
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Participation in training sessions as required
• Start immediately!

Available Positions for the following days and hours:

• Monday 3:30 pm – 7 pm
• Tuesdays 3:30 pm –7 pm
• Thursdays 3:30 pm – 7 pm
