What You'll Do:

Maintain and update financial records for multiple companies
Perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support tax filings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial queries
Identify process improvements to optimize financial operations
Assist with ad-hoc financial projects
What You'll Need:

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or back office environment
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
