We’re seeking a driven and experienced SDR Manager to lead and scale our growing SDR team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside world-class leaders like Kevin Dorsey (KD)—one of the most influential sales leaders globally—and Jeff Stirling , who helped scale Deel to $800M ARR.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop: Manage and mentor a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Optimize strategies: Build and refine outbound sales strategies, leveraging data to drive performance and efficiency.

  • Foster growth: Create clear career paths and development opportunities for team members, helping them advance into roles like AE or other leadership positions.

  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with marketing, AEs, and leadership to align on lead generation, outreach strategies, and team goals.

  • Drive accountability: Set ambitious goals, track KPIs, and provide regular coaching to ensure team success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an SDR Manager or in a similar leadership role.

  • Strong track record of building and scaling high-performing SDR teams .

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize processes.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Passion for creating a high-energy, competitive, and collaborative sales culture.
