Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Location: Neptune, NJ
Rate: $50 - $54/Hour
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Department: ICU & ED Trauma

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide critical respiratory care in the ICU and Emergency/Trauma Department . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ventilator management, emergency airway procedures, and advanced respiratory interventions.

• Perform endotracheal intubation, suctioning, and ventilator management for critically ill patients.
• Initiate, monitor, and adjust ventilator settings based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response calls, providing emergency respiratory support.
• Obtain and analyze arterial blood gases (ABGs) to assess oxygenation and acid-base balance.
• Administer nebulized medications and respiratory treatments to optimize lung function.
• Set up and manage BiPAP/CPAP therapy for patients in respiratory distress.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to implement effective patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care, oxygen therapy, and disease management.

• 2+ years of recent experience as an RRT in an ICU setting.
• Active New Jersey Respiratory Care License.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA certified).
