Receptionist/Office Assistant responsibilities: Extend a prompt, warm and inviting welcome to all visitors.Answer calls in a friendly and professional manner.Respond to all calls following proper telephone etiquette and taking detailed messages when appropriate.Ensure that messages are relayed promptly to the intended person.Maintain a clean and neat reception area making a good first impression.Ensure lobby entrance and common areas are tidy and clean.Offer refreshments to visitors and make them feel welcome and comfortable.Open and distribute mail; Receive and distribute packages.Maintain office supply inventory, which includes break room supplies and stay within budget.Handle weekly outgoing FedEx shipments.Coordinate monthly greeting cards for Support Center and Leadership Team.Prepare Sympathy Cards for Ownership signing.Manage Vehicle Maintenance Tracking.Coordinate appointments and reservations, as necessary.Perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Track tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization with respect to deadlines and organizational developments.Provide assistance to the Administrative Team and Accounting Department at the Support Center.Track and reconcile monthly credit card statements as assigned. Complete and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.Provide special project support as needed.Prioritize workload and ensure tasks are completed without delay.Perform any other relevant duties as assigned . Abilities/Knowledge Requirements Must have minimum high school degree.Ability to routinely handle objects weighing up to 10--25 lbsTask driven mindset/motivationThis is a part-time, entry-level position working up to 25 hours a week in our Support Center/Home Office.
