Kingwood Pines Hospital:
Kingwood Pines Hospital is a 116 bed facility located in the beautiful residential Kingwood community. We are located about 30 miles northeast of the Houston Medical Center. The hospital provides 24-hour emergency services. We serve children, adolescents, and adults for psychiatric and behavioral health. The hospital also has services in intensive outpatient and partial hospital program services.
QualificationsPOSITION SUMMARY:
Kingwood Pines Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Receptionist. The Receptionist g reets clients, family members, medical staff, allied professional staff and visitors to the facility in a clear, friendly and professional manner. Routes telephone and in-person messages accurately, completely, and promptly; answers the telephone promptly in a clear, friendly and professional manner. Directs calls to the appropriate staff member. Hours of operation would be Monday - Friday must be able to work hours from 7am- 3pm or 3-pm - 11pm Saturday and Sunday 8:30am -8:30pm
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent.
CERTIFICATION:
Current CPR, Physical and Verbal Crisis Intervention Certification. Training may be obtained during new hire orientation.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a position requiring contact with the public. Computer and word processing experience. Experience operating a telephone console with multiple lines preferred. Experience in the hospital setting preferred.
