If you are passionate about managing and optimizing Target’s inventory replenishment process to enhance Unilever’s supply chain through accurate customer forecasts and effective cross-functional communication, then this role is just for you! What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be The CPFR Analyst manages Target’s inventory replenishment at the SKU level using tools like Vendor IQ, Excel, Power BI, and SAP. This role drives supply chain activities to meet customer out of stock, fill rate, inventory, and sales goals. By optimizing Target’s replenishment process, the CPFR Analyst enhances Unilever’s Supply Chain with more accurate customer forecasts for internal planning purposes. You’ll be working cross-functionally as a liaison between Target’s Inventory Management team and Unilever’s supply chain and sales teams. Effective communication and strong internal business relationships are critical for success in this role. This position serves as the central point for tactical demand planning and forecasting at the customer level. It involves numerous interactions that require supply chain expertise, sound judgment, strong communication, relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of internal and external processes. Analyzing data and presenting findings to stakeholders is also a key responsibility.
