We're excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team! This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.

As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you have the option to be dual-licensed as both a Realtor and a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO). This means you can earn commissions on conventional, FHA, and VA loans in addition to the Realtor commissions from your real estate office.

### Job Requirements:

- Positions Available: Both part-time and full-time opportunities
- Licensing: An active NMLS mortgage license is required
- For Dual-Licensed Realtors: Must hold active licenses in the State of Florida
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential

### Key Responsibilities:

- Gather all necessary documentation required for processing mortgage loans efficiently.
- Choose between different commission options:
- For Realtors who prefer to refer their mortgage loan prospects, a lower commission split option is available, allowing them to partner with another company's MLO.
- You can also collaborate with a lender's loan processing department or a third-party loan processing company for support.
- This role thrives on originality and creativity, so your imagination and talent will directly influence your success.
