Job Overview Position is entry level, no medical certification or experience required. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for supporting patient services and ensuring efficient operations within the practice.

Duties

• Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures by preparing patients and equipment.
• Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and updating patient information.
• Administer basic life support as needed and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with patients and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical supplies.
• Schedule patient appointments, manage follow-ups, and coordinate referrals as necessary.
• Provide education to patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Support allergy and other office procedures by preparing necessary tools and assisting during treatments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; entry level job and no medical certification or experience is required.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service excellence.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
