ActioNet has an opportunity for an IT Process Development and Change Managerensures that all IT changes, configurations, and releases are handled efficiently, minimizing disruptions to operations. This role oversees change management policies, problem resolution, and process automation to support enterprise-wide IT service improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce formal IT change, configuration, and problem management policies.
  • Maintain documentation for all system changes, releases, and updates.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth implementation of software and infrastructure changes.
  • Conduct risk assessments for proposed IT changes and recommend mitigations.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance IT service efficiency.
  • Provide training and guidance on IT change management best practices.

Basic Qualifications (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT change management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and enterprise IT governance.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundation or Change Management certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
  • Previous experience in government or large enterprise IT operations.
