Key Responsibilities Monitoring Performance
Ø Work closely with the manufacturing plants to support execution,
Ø Secure that the right actions are in place for downstream and upstream performance improvement
Ø Assure that targets are achievable and be the support to the plants to create the action plan/ pipeline of the actions.
Process and Tools
Ø Be the level 1 support for our planning tools
Ø Support the plants to get the most of our digital tools
Ø Accountable to make the plants focus on the right process with the right priority.
SPS (Schneider Performance System)
Ø Support Audit preparation and perform audits on other Business Unit plants
Ø Follow up and secure that the SPS Action plan is done according to the plan.
Performance Review
Ø Proactive in providing feedback on performance review from the key positions on supply chain organization at the plant level.
- Work closely with Sales and Business Unit on planning and executing the ramp-up and ramp-down products and making the connection with Demand & Inventory planning
- Manage the aggregation of the demand plan from 0-24 months interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers
- Create End to End Scenario Planning to be able to commit supply as per the available capacity and components and assess the impact on customer service
- Be responsible to define inventory planning strategy to optimize P&L performance.
Competencies • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts. Proven ability to work in a team environment between the functions of Manufacturing Operations and interact regularly with plant managers and supply chain managers regarding goals and accomplishments.
• Possess analytical and technical planning skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper automation opportunities.
• Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive team leader who welcomes challenges.
• Foster collaboration and networking.
• Proven leadership skills to drive simplicity and decision making in a complex organization.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role? • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics,
Operations, or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain management, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Vendor
Forecasting,
• Digital Acumen. Experience with Kinaxis, SAP, Oracle or other planning software packages; as
well as Data analytics tools (i.e. tableau)
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
