Job Description

Kelly Services is actively seeking a Dispositions Support Specialist for a long term (5+ years) engagement with one of our top clients located in Muskegon, MI.

Term: 5+ years

Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite; 2 days remote

Pay rate: $17/hour + benefits + PTO

The Dispositions Support role supports the Supply Management Team with various tasks, which include the following:

  • Work within a group inbox.

  • Communicate with suppliers via Phone and email.

  • Coordinate with Lead, Supervisor and Manager on any escalations.

  • Enter Dispositions into SAP.

  • Communicate dispositions within the team for release and return.

  • Maintain disposition Log, include when suppliers were contacted by phone/email.

  • Update SAP with ESD s.

  • Coordinate efforts with internal and external colleagues.

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is required, A BA is preferred.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be able to prioritize and make quick decisions.

  • Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Some logistics experience preferred.

  • Some inventory management preferred.

  • Strong customer service background in an industry that moves parts.

  • Computer literacy required in Microsoft Office Products such as Word and Outlook

  • Strong Microsoft Excel background required.

Work Environment Modular workspace setting when on site. Currently hybrid schedule of remote work from home /on site at Client location. May fully return to client site in the future.
