Job Description
- The position is for a Business Analyst with experience in Learning Management System (LMS), specifically LUMEN.
- The job is remote but the preference is for candidates local to New England (Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island).
- The visa requirement includes USC, GC, H1B, GC/H4-EAD.
- The candidate must have 13+ years of experience.
- The candidate must have experience in working with a state government agency or similar.
- The candidate will be responsible for LMS documentation and content experience.
- The top 3 skills required are Gathering Requirements, Documentation of existing and new policies, and proficiency in MS Suite tools.
- The client is implementing a new enterprise learning management system, Lumen, which will be the single source for all training and education for all employees and external partners.
- The candidate will be responsible for creating documentation and content for processes and procedures that will be made available to all staff in Lumen.
- The candidate will also create instructional learning content about the programs, processes, and critical procedures.
- The candidate will help to ensure all employees understand the goals of the programs, processes, and procedures.
- The candidate will also help to create content, ensure full documentation exists, and present it in the learning modules in an easy-to-understand format making it widely accessible.
- The ultimate goal is to provide a seamless, user-friendly experience when using the programs, processes, and procedures.
