What We're Looking For
Experience
3-6 years of focused experience in bankruptcy law, including Chapter 7, 11, and 13 proceedings.
Strong background in creditor and debtor representation, workouts, and restructurings.
Expertise
Skilled in handling bankruptcy litigation, adversary proceedings, and automatic stay issues.
Experience negotiating and drafting restructuring agreements, reaffirmation agreements, and debt settlement plans.
Strong knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code, UCC, and state/federal bankruptcy regulations.
Experience representing businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in bankruptcy matters.
Job Stability
Proven history of staying 2+ years in previous roles, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
Strong Communication
Exceptional written and verbal advocacy skills for negotiations, court appearances, and client counseling.
Ability to clearly communicate complex bankruptcy concepts to clients and stakeholders.
