Job Posting: Associate Attorney - Personal Injury

Location: Chicago, IL

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

Position Overview: We are looking for an associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience in personal injury, whether on the plaintiff or defense side. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and manage a full caseload immediately. We will also consider more experienced partner-level candidates and those with an existing book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a full caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
* Conduct case investigations, gather evidence, and develop legal strategies.
* Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
* Represent clients in negotiations and court hearings.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
* 2-4 years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff or defense).
* Proven ability to handle a full caseload independently and effectively.
* Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
* Partner-level candidates with an existing book of business are encouraged to apply.
